Applications:
- S-18 lacquer applies by brushing or spraying. Before applying lacquer, boards must be clean and free from oxide or any contaminants, which reduces solder ability
- Over baking of the lacquer will affect its solder ability. Etching resists must be completely removed
- For hot air drying of lacquer coating 3 minutes and 1 minute at 950c
- Heating 30 seconds to 1 minutes. With infra-red heating, the temperature should not exceed 800c
Safety & Storage:
- This product is stored in proper area away from direct sunlight
- Storage temperature should be between 100c and 400c
- No health hazard exists
