PCB Cleaner is a cleaning chemical is suitable for the cold cleaning removal of post soldering flux residue manually by using brushes or with constant agitation. PCB Cleaner 109 Cleaning Chemical is a mixture of high purity electronic grade polar and wax and activator residues, which remains after soldering. The chemical blend has been so formulated as to efficiently remove ionic residues of activators used in rosin based fluxes as well as rosin. This chemical assures excellent visual & ionic cleanliness of circuit board assemblies after cleaning.

Application:
- one liter of Saponifier SMD is to be diluted with three to five liters of water before use. For better results the diluted solution taken in wash tank preferably warm and component must be dipped with constant agitation
- When the action of solution slows down and the solution becomes thick, replace the solvent
Safety & Storage:
- This solvent is stored in proper area away from direct sunlight and source of ignition Storage temperature should be between 100c and 400c
- No health hazard exists, splashes on the skin should be washed off in water
